This app is operated by Reschio Estate for the purpose of managing the annual Inter-House Tennis Tournament. This policy explains what data we collect and how it is used.

Data We Collect

• Your name and email address (provided by the tournament organiser)
• Your team assignment and match results
• Photos you choose to upload to the gallery
• A push notification token if you enable notifications

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to operate the tournament app — displaying schedules, standings, match results, and the photo gallery. It is not shared with any third parties, sold, or used for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

All data is stored securely using Google Firebase, hosted in the European Union. Data is retained only for the duration of the tournament and deleted afterwards.

Photos

Photos you upload to the gallery are visible to all tournament participants. Do not upload photos you do not wish to share with other guests.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the tournament organiser.
